Oregon business district

Disclosure up top, because you deserve to weight this properly: OR Registered Agent.org sells Oregon registered agent service at $99 a year, and the purpose of this page is to take business away from Bizee. The Bizee prices below are Bizee's own published figures as of a July 2026 check.

The Bundle Is Worth Real Money

Form your LLC through Bizee, the company that spent years operating as Incfile, and registered agent coverage is folded into the package for three months, or twelve, or something between, according to which tier you purchased. No gimmick in that. Those opening months are when a new company has the thinnest bank balance and the longest list of bills, so a line item that genuinely costs nothing is worth taking. If Bizee was already going to file your Articles of Organization, take the included months without guilt.

Then the Free Months End on a Specific Day

Standalone Bizee agent service is $149 a year once the included stretch runs out. That price is public and there is nothing devious about it.

What deserves attention is the mechanics rather than the amount. A bundled free period ends on a date set by the package you bought, not by anything you will naturally notice. Nothing about your business changes that morning. No filing comes due. The only event is a card getting charged $149 for a service you may have stopped thinking about somewhere around month four. Expiring benefits are, structurally, the easiest kind of expense to miss.

Oregon Runs on Dates Too, and It Is Stricter About Them

Which brings up the other date on your calendar, the one with actual consequences attached.

Oregon LLCs file an annual report, also called the annual renewal, for $100 a year if the company is domestic. The deadline is not a month and not a season. It is the anniversary of the day the company was formed, that specific date, every year for the life of the entity. The filing window opens about 45 days ahead of it, and the contents have to be correct as they stood 30 days before that anniversary, per ORS 63.787.

Oregon does mail a renewal notice roughly 45 days out. Treat it as a courtesy and not as a system, because the statute is direct about this: never receiving the notice does not relieve you of the duty to file. The mail is the state's gesture, not the state's obligation.

There is also no late fee, which sounds forgiving until you learn what replaces it. Miss the date long enough and the state moves toward administrative dissolution. The penalty is not money. The penalty is the company.

Our Number Has No Expiry Attached

$99 a year, and the second year is $99, and so is the sixth. Nothing in our pricing runs out and turns into a different arrangement, which is the whole difference between our offer and a bundled free period.

Inside that: an Oregon street address on your public record in place of yours, service of process scanned into your portal the same day it lands with an email chasing it, a reminder built around your own anniversary date rather than a generic quarter, and a document archive you can open at 2am from a phone.

Not the lowest price in the state, and we will say so before you go check: BetterLegal posts $90. Ours is $99 that stays $99, which is a different kind of promise from a small number that moves.

Replacing Bizee in Oregon: One Free Filing, Linked Below

Short version, because it really is short. Oregon moves the agent seat with a filing called the Information Change, handed to the Corporation Division by mail, by fax, or online in the state's own registry, and nothing is charged for processing it. We go onto the record before Bizee comes off, so your entity never sits there without a named agent for even a day. Our Oregon change of agent guide takes the form apart section by section.

If your bundled months are winding down, this is the cheap moment to act. The state's half of the transaction costs zero, our half costs $99, and doing it now means the $149 renewal never has to be cancelled because it never has to be charged.
